Location The property is located 10 minutes away driving north from San Francisco, Nayarit. Villa Papelillos is right on top of a mountain 1 Km away from Playa Punta Monterrey, 154 meters above sea level. The house offers 360 degrees unobstructed views from the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra Madre Occidental. The access to the property involves a 5 minutes drive through a dirt road. Please note the road can be challenging for some vehicles, especially during the rainy season (July to September). The property is surrounded by a tropical jungle framed by the Pacific Ocean. All the shops, bars and nearest restaurants are within 10 minutes drive in San Pancho. Also in Sayulita, which is a 15 minute drive, you can find lots of shops, restaurants, tour operators and art galleries. The nearest golf course is located 15 minutes from the property in San Pancho. There are two almost virgin beaches located one kilometer from the property. The best way to get around the property is to have a vehicle, however it is also possible to take a taxi. If you do not plan to go out much, taxi service can be a better option. If you want to go sightseeing around the area is better to have your own vehicle. This property is designed to be enjoyed for those who love nature and privacy. The property is located in the middle of an ecological preserve. The immediate neighborhood is comprised of properties and retreats that offer guests an scape of the hustle and bustle of the city.
